TERMS 

• All customer Installation orders are confirmed by way of a Pre-Paid Service Charge
• All Card payments are processed via the Paypal Card payment platform.
• On confirmation Canterbury Local EX-BT Telephone and Internet Engineers will call to arrange a mutually convenient appointment.
• A minimum charge of one hour onsite is payable for all confirmed orders,
• Additional time is charged to the nearest 30 minutes while onsite.
• Our local Canterbury EX-BT Telephone and Internet Engineers will complete and fully test the installation on completion.
• The Pre-paid Service Charge is only refundable subject to cancellations when a 12 hour notice is offered by the customer prior to the Engineer attending the property. 
• Credits accounts for corporate clients are available subject to references.
• All parts installed are subject to a 12 month onsite parts guarantee.
• All parts are the property of Canterbury Local EX-BT Telephone and Internet Engineers until orders are financially satisfied.
